SOA architecture and access management for e-government
For a study commissioned by the Swiss Federal Department of Finance (FDF), AdNovum worked with the Federal Office of Information Technology, Systems and Telecommunication (FOITT) to define and subsequently solidify a service-oriented web architecture (SOA). SOA enables the rapid, flexible, and economical online mapping of business processes.
The Federal Office of Communications (OFCOM) implemented an e-licensing application as a pilot project based on the SOA architecture. AdNovum realized the access management part of the project based on nevisAuth and nevisProxy and was responsible for integration of the SOA services.
