Business customers of the Swiss Post only need one internet address for their daily business needs: » www.mypostbusiness.ch. My Post Business is the central information and service portal. It offers single sign-on access, giving the user access to secure password-protected online applications and other information. The services offered on the portal cover the entire logistics process, from the preparation and issuance of the contract, to billing and controlling, including tracking.

The customers have personal user accounts that they can manage themselves, and that can be equipped with individual access rights. The result is more secure and more flexible access to online applications. Also, the central user management system supports the analysis of access and user data over several applications.
