Singapore, July 2nd 2020 – AdNovum Singapore is celebrating 10 years of providing trust (through consumer and identity access management) and peace of mind (through security solutions) to banking, insurance and public sector customers in Singapore. As the company enters its second decade of operations in the city-state, AdNovum will focus on empowering clients to master their digital potential and find business success in a complex regulatory and economic landscape.
Growth and diversity
Initially a support office for global clientele, AdNovum Singapore’s success and strong focus on engineering excellence led to an account team being established in 2014. Since then, the company’s staff count has quadrupled, including an eight percent increase of female representation. Diversity has also increased at management levels, with female representation here doubling in the last two years. AdNovum’s footprint in Asia Pacific now also includes 50 staff at an innovation and engineering hub in Vietnam.
Enhanced regional cooperation
In January 2020, AdNovum expanded Singapore Managing Director Leonard Cheong’s remit to oversee the company’s Vietnam operations, with the goal to drive the development of people and reliable business. At the same time, Dejan Dukaric, former Managing Director of AdNovum Vietnam was appointed as the Executive Director of Engineering at AdNovum Singapore, overseeing the quality and technical delivery of AdNovum’s multi-market projects.

The business landscape is constantly changing due to factors such as international trade, regulation and cyber risk, even as Asian businesses put their digital transformation plans in motion.
